Pros

Working at Under Armour as a part-time employee was an incredible experience! The team is absolutely the best – they were always understanding and supportive, especially since I was balancing work with my studies. They allowed me to prioritize my education while still being a valued part of the team. The colleagues are cheerful, positive, and made every shift enjoyable. It’s rare to find such a welcoming and collaborative environment in retail, but Under Armour truly stands out. I’m so grateful for my time here and would highly recommend it to anyone, especially students looking for a flexible and supportive workplace.

Cons

The sales targets were often set very high and sometimes unrealistic, which made them hard to achieve.
