      Pros

      Biggest pros are 50% discount on all product and the work you get to touch. It's a big company constantly doing more with less, so you will get a lot of experience on big and international projects early in your career that you would not likely get at most large companies.

      Cons

      Pay is atrocious and they expect a ton for it. Routinely when people leave or are let go, their former teammates are expected to just absorb the work with no guarantee that the departing employee will be replaced. They are also extremely slow to increase headcount despite a culture of perpetual growth. Company stock is also in the toilet. The stock I left with is worth less than half what it was at the time of my departure.

      It’s a “global” company but doesn’t have a diverse design team; lacks process; the heavy work load and high expectations is not reflected in the amount of compensation offered; difficult to level up due to the limited amount of roles
