Pros

there are some fantastic people who work there and are committed to the brand's success; company attracts top talent; brand has great potential/upside

Cons

it's very political; while the company attracts top talent, it does not retain them

Pros

The pay is low, and there is little support. HR is unfair. Many staff members are racist and bully others in the workplace, but HR has done nothing about it.

Cons

Employees report bullying to HR but receive no support. There is a lot of work and low pay. Nothing good about this company; it definitely needs change, especially the HR leader.
