Teaches great customer service skills. Standards are higher than other retail stores and provides an opportunity to be cross trained in multiple areas.

Cons

Shifts are based on business needs so hours can drop or spike. Shifts can cause you to be stuck in specific job responsibilities. Makes the day go by fast or slow depending on the area (fitting rooms, footwear, cash desk, etc)
