Great perks for a sports retailer (deep discounts), Great environment to work in. Great independent personal development /training resources.

Various reorgs have occurred, some were planned and some were unexpected.

Pros

They work around your schedule, the management team are great people, the pay is pretty good, shifts are always available, they will welcome you back if there’s any long period of time an employee needs off (school season, holidays, etc)

Cons

They are picky about standards. There are some 5 am shifts but you can elect to not do it. Shortest shifts are 5 hours, full time is not always available, but you can cover someone else’s.
