Unstable to say the least

Pros

Great benefits and generous time off

Cons

So much inconsistency from the top. The company seems to want to hire outside talent over promoting internally (they pay external candidates higher rates) and they promote diversity over qualifications. They can't decide if they want to micromanage or let the leaders do the jobs they were hired to do.

Pros

Getting to work with the best athletes in the world.

Cons

Leadership had no idea what they're doing, which is why Under Armour lost revenue, employees, partnerships, and trust.

Pros

UA has a very engaging and energetic sports culture that is familiar to any former-athletes. The company's leadership is often very passionate about the fields they work in and the co-workers are very team-oriented within a business unit.

Cons

The company is under constant transformation and has been the past 4 years - as most have been due to covid. The headquarters location in Baltimore, while feeling very homey and grounded, is a bit limiting in a very virtual post-covid world.
