Pros

50% off merchandise is nice, the cafe and cafeteria is awesome, and taking the water taxi everyday to get to work is great!

Cons

The office is a little bit like trying to get into a fraternity. People are not always super approachable and everyone is really busy and passionate about what they're doing but if you are an intern or contractor you get no say/very little experience working with a team. The hours are also long and unpredictable. I've known people here who have been at the office all night, gone home to shower, and returned. Doesn't seem to support the healthy lifestyle they seem to be promoting. Also, as a contractor I am required to work full time but they will not give you benefits.
