It's not the worst but I've started looking elsewhere
Pros
-Nice gym on Baltimore campus with great trainers & staff -50% Discount on all apparel, shoes, and sales -Fun busy vibe on campus which if you have friends is great -You can work out during lunch -Everyone is encouraged to Give Back so volunteer work is highly encouraged -People think you are cool when you say you work for them (even if you don't think its that cool) -Great sense of on campus community -Majority of co workers are professional
Cons
-Management gets easily distracted and -We put new strategies/ processes in place and change them 6 months later -Its still very much a boys club and who you know -Growing within can be very difficult- it seems they prefer to hire people with fancy names from the outside before looking with in the brand -Upper management doesn't understand the process or how to truly implement innovation -If you don't know how to turn off or say no, the company will take every breath from you. Meaning you will end up working all hours and taking on more projects than you can handle. Set your guard rails early -They over work many of their designers and in turn many of them burn out quickly -Management often lacks clear plan and so we spin in circles creating busy work until a fire drill is called and everyone runs around panicked.
