Pros

-Nice gym on Baltimore campus with great trainers & staff -50% Discount on all apparel, shoes, and sales -Fun busy vibe on campus which if you have friends is great -You can work out during lunch -Everyone is encouraged to Give Back so volunteer work is highly encouraged -People think you are cool when you say you work for them (even if you don't think its that cool) -Great sense of on campus community -Majority of co workers are professional

Cons

-Management gets easily distracted and -We put new strategies/ processes in place and change them 6 months later -Its still very much a boys club and who you know -Growing within can be very difficult- it seems they prefer to hire people with fancy names from the outside before looking with in the brand -Upper management doesn't understand the process or how to truly implement innovation -If you don't know how to turn off or say no, the company will take every breath from you. Meaning you will end up working all hours and taking on more projects than you can handle. Set your guard rails early -They over work many of their designers and in turn many of them burn out quickly -Management often lacks clear plan and so we spin in circles creating busy work until a fire drill is called and everyone runs around panicked.

Pros

- Culture; awesome teammates and environment. A lot of great memories from UA. Love the GIVEBACK to our community- one thing I will miss. - Benefits; 3 weeks paid time off, awesome health benefits - Area; love the area of the campus. Ever changing, and safe - TEAM; an amazing team full of talented individuals - CEO; hes awesome! He cares about you, and the team. Over all the environment is very fast paced, and exiting! When you walk the halls at UA, you get goosebumps, its awesome to see everyone worked together as a team. The team atmosphere was the best! The best part of working at UA, some days, it different feel like work. Very informal.

Cons

- Career Growth; I was at UA for five years. I grew quickly in my entry level role, but getting an interview or a second interview for a job outside the department was impossible. It was all who you knew, and/or timing. I went on many interviews outside the company, and was offered jobs right away. Unlike UA. It felt like if you did a great job in your current role, your management held you back. Leaving a company because you haven't received career growth is sad. -Career Life/Balance; felt like I was always stressed, and pulled in a million directions. Teammates need the balance, to be happy teammates. - Communication; biggest downfall for UA. The company doesn't think before they act. Which created a stressful environment at times. - Management Always Changing; realignments happen frequently in my department and I felt like I knew more than my managers at times. - No Career Help from HR; not responsible.

Pros

Great discount, 50% online and instore. Clothes are comfy and stylish.

Cons

Its Monday and we havent been paid from the previous Friday payday. Management harasses employees. Sexual harassment is acceptable. Male manager sleeps with everyone even at the job site and everyone knows. Hours suck, we csnt get more than 28. Store manager makes everyone work 3 days a weak and a minimum of 4 hour shift, except family. Turn around is ridiculous, employees dont always stay past 3 weeks. We are extremely short staffed. Managers are vindictive and play favorites.
