Pros

50% discount on product, good health insurance, 4% 401k match, 8 free group classes at the on campus gym each month.

Cons

Poor work life balance. No clear path for advancement. Frequent layoffs (4 in 5.5 years) each time resulting in fewer teammates being left with more work. Still very much a “boy’s club” even with HR’s push for diversity and inclusion. Toxic culture and as a result, teams are divided and do not work well together. Very evident that some teams are held accountable for their dates and gates while others are not, which leads to internal disputes and frustrations.

Pros

- You'll meet some amazing people - The project's are cool in nature - Environment is cosmetically appealing

Cons

- Leadership is a joke, even VP's don't have authority or autonomy because all orders come from c-suite who are far removed from actual work and just insert derailing opinions. - HR is essentially non-existent, untrustworthy, and unprofessional. - Company in general is carefully scripted, even Town Halls were just smoke and mirrors.

Pros

Discount on UA products, I guess. Every once in awhile, they make something worth buying.

Cons

Call Center is its on island that the rest of the company chooses not to see or care about. Very hard to get promoted from the call center, as the rest of the company looks down on the employees there. Pay is just enough to get you back to work. Make sure you have good rapport with your parents, you may have to move back there. Communication is absolutely horrible, and Im pretty sure, "diversity" is just a term to be thrown around at the Townhall meetings. The Call Center is also very click-ish. If you think you can use the call center as an entry spot to get into another role, you will be sadly mistaken. Customers are some of the worst that you will deal with from a customer service perspective which impedes on how CSR's handle calls. An overload of racists customers
