Pros

The discount is decent although reduced in recent years. Being able to put a global brand on your resume is nice. Really grasping at straws here.

Cons

Very toxic work environment. Especially in HR. HR does nothing about employee relations cases - well they do interviews and go through the motions but nothing ever comes of it. Very cliquey. Certain HR managers that are abrasive and aggressive have been favored and promoted to senior positions over the years. Show favoritism by allowing certain positions to be fully remote and cherry pick positions that have to be hybrid. No work life balance even though they spout nonsense about how family friendly they are.

Daily 1:1 meetings, being bombarded by your manager asking to "watch you work", being compared to employees that have worked there for years when you are brand new, very vague asks and they don't really care about UX, only UI.

Company higher ups have a left leaning ideology, and they tend to push it on the rest of there employees. Higher ups don’t have a great grasp on what the everyday sales situation is like in store, and make poor decisions because of this.
