Pros

Great discount, decent gym and cafeteria. They are trying to be competitive with salaries.

Cons

No work life balance. When you are pushed to the max they try to tell you that the department is actually over staffed.

Losing growth, outsourcing in departments

Pros

Good benefits/discounts. Some good work events and offer some study programs to gain skills or look at other departments.

Cons

Preach values they don't back up. Outsourcing for positions to satisfy stockholders instead of hiring people that care about the company. Be careful what department you go into because they are making structural and organizational changes. You could lose your position if your department is being effected by cuts or changes. Can be cliquey depending on who and what department you are in. Pay below average in order to "work for UA" and their benefits package/discounts.
