Pros

Pros included team bonding and good training.

Cons

Cons included micromanaging by district and regional managers, lack of try involvement by store manager (at least mine), lack of resources to complete floor sets to the best degree, and no true application of consequences to employees for no call no shows/leaving early consistently/etc.

Pros

-I got paid $12 an hour -tasks were easy to learn

Cons

-unrealistically high expectations: wanted me to process (fold, scan, price, put on the floor, put in backroom) 100 items of clothing an hour -didn't respect COVID guidelines during height of pandemic (Oct 2020) -unexpectedly cut my hours from 30 hr/wk to 20 hr/wk to avoid paying out legally required benefits -forced me to pay for complete "work uniform" (Under Armour apparel) out of pocket
