Pros

Very clean warehouse, friendly co-workers, very nice break room with sports channels playing on tvs, They had a caterer usually in at lunch times so you could buy plate lunch. You had two 30 min breaks, one of which you clocked out for. This was great at first but working 10 hours I kinda wish my breaks were broke up normally. 50% off merchandise if you get hired on perm

Cons

Forced to do the silly break down cheer at the the start of shift meeting. You would be watched and if you werent all in it you were called out for it, told that you wouldnt get hired permanently. The temps are treated like second class citizens if you ask me. It always seems like we were segregated from the perms even though the temp agency says were all one big family. UA supervisors treated temps differently. The VAS (Value Added Service) was the worst dept. Hanging clothes on hangars for Dicks Sporting Goods and if it wasnt exactly perfect to their standards you were always worried about losing your job. The hangars they had made it almost impossible to hang the clothes to Dicks standards. I didnt get paid for my last week there, I clocked in and out on the special time clocks for the temps like every one else but for some reason they have no record of me being there that week eve tho i signed in to the computer at my work station and they could easily track my production. So I worked for free one week. After they acted stupid and kept giving me run around on my paycheck I quit. Oh and if you even mention Under Armour whether it be good or bad on social media you were subject to immediate termination, you couldnt even say you love your job on social media, makes you think their being paranoid and what are they hiding? Pay was $10 an hour which was ok but it seemed a little low balled for the amount of work expected from you and what you had to do.

Pros

Themes: Strong founder. Growth is off the charts. Focus on innovation. Good employee benefits. Takeaway: Company is growing and there are lots of opportunities to be successful depending what part of the business you support.

Cons

Themes: Poorly organized. Lack of collaboration. Terrible communication. Zero empowerment. Recent company acquisitions have been a mess. Takeaway: Don't be drawn in by the success of the brand. Save yourself a year or two of your career and don't bother joining Under Armour especially the digital division.
