Pros

- Collaborating with different teams across the organization that actually care about the mission of UA. - Seeing grassroots efforts actually make a difference - Growth opportunities for young professionals

Cons

- Unstable workforce. Laid off after relocating (wth) - Can feel extremely cliquey and if you dont know the right people, your opinion doesn't matter as much - Brand doesn't move fast enough compared to competitors

Pros

- Pays above state minimum wage - Employee discount is nice - Good coworkers - Relatively positive environment

Cons

- Strange hours sometimes with no heads up as a regular Sales Associate (Was scheduled for 5 AM without notice. Store opens at 10 AM.) - No bonus/higher pay for early morning/overnights - Employee discount is not stackable with online discounts
