+ Relaxed and open workplace + Flexible scheduling + Employee has choice in area of working (footwear, men's, women's, cash)

Cons

- Incompetent and micromanaging supervisors - lack of repercussions for employees who disrupt and offend others, even team leaders who continually make disparaging comments about others. - useless and time consuming training modules - Recently removed quite a few management positions which were integral. - Cult-like behavior disguised as team-building -no commission for sales associates
