I honestly had really good management at the location that is now called Tanger Outlets. Everyone was helpful and polite.

Cons

It's just boring. You stock shelves, fold clothes, and cash people out at the register. If this is enough for you, apply. But honestly I got sick of spending my days that way. Especially when our hours started getting cut because of the slow down.
