Pros

Atmosphere, decent pay, 50% off merch discount, athletes in building from time to time

Cons

Always hearing about layoffs and could be affected at anytime and without warning, hurry up offense on all projects, leadership always changing, leadership/C-suite is a revolving door, management always changing minds, scrapping at ideas to increase foot traffic but never works

Pros

Training is provided at the beginning, which helps you get familiar with the products, sales expectations, and how to handle customers on the floor.

Cons

The environment can be fast-paced, especially during busy hours, but the team is supportive and helps each other out when things get hectic.
