Pros
The people I interacted with across the organization were generally friendly and helpful. People wanted to do a great job and it showed in their involvement and communication. I worked in the Engineering department. Almost everyone I worked with in this department was highly skilled and motivated. Leadership was involved without being micromanagers. You had the opportunity to interact with them on a regular basis. You also felt like they generally cared about the employees as individuals. They had good work/life balance when I started. It only got better as they built out dedicated production support teams. They hired more engineers and spread out on-call periods. They have a generous employee discount of 50%. Benefits were good. Remote workers were given numerous stipends to complete our home offices.
Cons
Not many. I served as an eCommerce engineer. Teams were split up and people moved around a fair amount. It was a minor inconvenience; not a huge deal.
