Pros

Great company, athletes, products... lot of areas for improvement

Cons

A lot of change in the last few years at leadership levels, impacting teammates and work (including layoffs). Hiring and internal promotions in freeze. The constant strategy shifts makes the vision unclear, people working in silos and overall unproductive work

Pros

It was a great company when I first started. Very pro its employees and wanting them to succeed and drive the company forward.

Cons

"Good Ol Boys Club" if you where a favorite you where in and go the promotions and projects, didn't matter if you where good at you job or not. By the time I left I was basically just a "sit here, push this button, don't ask for more, if you think of something we will give it to another team to work on, sit here push this button, don't think"
