Pros

The product is great. It does what it says it does. The employee discount is very generous.

Cons

The upper management and retail business is still in what seems to be an infancy stage. The evolution of the retail business never seemed to grow into productive processes. The inventory management process was laughable and completely unorganized.

Pros

exciting, fun atmosphere, growth mode The are many challenging times ahead for UA. They need sharp, hard-working folks who are willing to give it their all 24/7

Cons

promotions and compensation are very political difficult to learn how to be successful There is a clear group of untouchable employees who feel a unhealthy level of entitlement which hurts the company's ability to reward and develop their best/high potential employees
