Met some good hardworking people in working in retail store. These frontline sales people are the hardest workers for the company.

Cons

Long hours and little pay.....VERY unfair wages. Promotions are political Bad choice in store manager. No respect towards sales associates. Corporate office does nothing about complaints. Corporate office sets stores up for failure in reaching quarterly bonuses. Job reviews never happen for the possibility of raises. Corporate office employees are given better perks when the stores are actually driving the revenue for the company.

The culture at UA is by far the best thing about the company. It's fast paced and young. We are on the brink of greatness and that's very exciting.

Cons

UA is a small company with a big name. We have a need for better processes and systems. Need a taining program to support our younger employees.
