Great environment, Fun to work at especially if you like sports and exercising. Managers are real nice, you also get good hours if your open.

Cons

Expect you to meet goal on slow days, expect you to finish all projects on high flow days.

Pros

Great employee discount and dress code - you get to wear what you sell! Fun atmosphere as if you're into exercise and sports you'll meet a lot of like-minded people.

Cons

Considering the brand is so hot, and my store exceeded plan every quarter - I was rewarded with a 1% raise because "times are tough". The Corporate side gets every perk - cafeteria, movie nights, baseball games etc, while the retail stores can't even get $100 for an xmas party or some employee recognition. Horrific turnover due to the regionals lowballing managers so they only get the least qualified or most desperate. Regionals coming to a hot brand from failed brands only lead to terrible ideas and poor execution. Logistics are a nightmare -easily expect for more freight than your store can possibly handle, leading to dozens of boxes stored in external pods - and not having the hours to staff your store in any semblance of competancy. No replenishment model - sell 100 of one shoe, get 100 of a shirt you can't sell for anything. They only see units, not skus - and don't discount the stuff they have surplus of... Under Armour retails stores are outlets - not front line retailers...and they try to run them like boutiques - which is even further from the model they actually are. The POS/Operating system is a joke as well - way too many bugs and a call center in India. Work there for the discount and atmosphere, just don't expect to go far or make it long....anyone who's been in retail will see they just don't have a handle on what they're doing yet.
