Pros

Can be a fun atmosphere, great discount, great product

Cons

corporate and management do not value lower level employees (sales associates) as much as they should. These are the employees that make the sales on a daily basis and generate income for the company; they are often times treated as though they are incompetent to do their job and management looks down on them and you can tell by your interactions with them. Write ups for calling out sick when no other employee could/refused cover the shift. Are we in high school? Really?? NO work & life balance, stressed out to go to work , stressed out at work, stressed out after work, takes a toll on your personal life after awhile.

Pros

The company has a great young vibe and employees are generally very athletic and upbeat. The company is still very young and is growing like crazy so there is a lot of new jobs popping up all over the country. They also offer a great benefits package starting after 90 days of full-time work that includes 3 weeks off each year.

Cons

The downside to their great vacation plan is that you will never be able to use it if your not in their corporate headquarters. I worked in a retail store as a manager and was never able to take even one day on my vacation the entire time i worked there. I thought that maybe it was just our store, but upon my conversations with other store managers this is the normal procedure. There is always so excuse as to why now is not a good vacation time. The district manager I had was also very incompetent. He would send other store managers to do his job because he wouldn't know what to do otherwise. Corporate works to cover their own mistakes and blames the retail locations for any problem that arise. For example, they massively over shipped items to each retail location and then did not understand why they were not able to process the boxes within payroll constraints. There is also an extreme amount of turnover which shows that people are not willing to withstand poor treatment.
