UA is an exciting brand to work for, tons of great inovative prducts. Cororate Campus is an awesome place to visit.

Cons

Retail side does not represent the brand culture. Extremely reactive, no development for people and you are micro managed.

Exciting, energetic, fun at times.

Cons

People get let go and not replaced, shifting work to already overworked staff. New executives bring in their own people instead of opportunities being available to existing staff. Lots of high priced executives have been brought in, they make big org changes and are gone within a few years. High turnover at the VP, SVP level impacts everyone in the organization below.
