Pros

New company compared to retail industry standards with numerous career opportunities. Great employee discount on merchandise. Considerable networking opportunities in the athletic industry.

Cons

No Work/Life Balance. Lack of Compensation. Senior Management in my department did not reply effective and efficient processes nor clear communication. Lack of growth and development opportunities from leadership.

Pros

Good music played in the store. Flexible hours. Very very good discount. 50% off + whatever sale is going on. You get to work in very comfortable clothing. Sweatpants, t-shirts, shorts, sneakers.

Cons

Random schedule hours. And usually not that many. Store manager is a pain to everyone. Can't call someone out for stealing even if they do it right in-front of you
