Pros

UA is a great brand, and it's fun working for a great brand. There is huge interest, both domestically and internationally, in this company. Personally, I enjoy the people, admire the CEO, and embrace the excitement. One thing is for sure, it's a changing company that reacts to a changing market - it's one of the keys to the company's success over the years. Lots of energy at UA!

Cons

Growing pains and increasing bureaucratic policy has proven both good and bad. Increased demand brings increased pressure. Can be hard to get help from cross-functional colleagues as everyone is fairly focused within their own lanes. Self-proficiency is key, for better or for worse.

Lots of Pros, Too Many Cons

Pros

Fun work environment, huge campus, and wonderful, hard working people are found at UA. Those at the lower rungs work night and day and are invested fully in their careers and are passionate about their positions. Great for people who want to work hard, play hard.

Cons

Minimal praise for hard work, management is under qualified, not great at promoting within, especially for executive jobs. The upper management is a complete boys club with little to no recognition of hard working lower level employees. Strong environment of work hard, or someone will take your spot. Management will threaten this constantly. Overall employee surveys are not satisfactory, company doesn't do much to boost moral. Little work/life balance, you are expected to completely be committed to your position with little to no room for anything else.
