Your job is to con people into high interest credit cards
Pros
My team was incredibly supportive and my direct management was great. Employee discount wasn't terrible especially when they'd bump up our discounts seasonally.
Cons
They will threaten your job if you don't move enough store credit cards, no matter what your sales look like, no matter what your other metrics look like. If you don't move one a week, you're at risk. And nobody is signing up for a credit card, the United States is in a financial crisis, ICE is pounding down people's doors, there's folks working full time living on the streets. Nobody wants a credit card. Additionally, I have found the entire company has incredibly harmful and ableist policies surrounding attendance; tone deaf to punish someone for missing with WITH a doctor's note so soon after a global pandemic. The reason Ulta is so vocal about DEI is because they have face a million lawsuits
