The points system is very strict.

3/4 of your coworkers are most likely there as a first/part time after highschool job and/or are not working there because they’re actually passionate about the industry, which is okay however ime created environment where you’re left to pickup the slack of everyone who doesn’t care about anything. Also super low budget for coverage so prepare to be the only person working prestige (which actually means on the floor whatsoever/not at cashwrap) unless you’re at a high vol location. Also if cashwrap calls out or is short coverage you’ll be pulled to cover breaks or entire shifts. Very little career development is offered, basically when a position above you opens you can interview if the district manager somehow knows you’re interested. At least that was the process at the location I worked. Lots of turnover. Points system for attendance automatically deducts if you clock in late even if it’s because the clock in system wasn’t working unless you actually get management to correct it, but management may or may not actually get office time or remember to do that so good luck.
