      Chill job but low hours and favoritism issues

      Pros

      Independent work, a lot of organizing if you like that, if you work overnights/after close you can listen to music, and very chill job

      Cons

      Hours may not be enough like we talking they would schedule you for 3-4 hours. Then a lot of coworkers complained how management had favorites and they would prioritize scheduling them more. also pay may not be worth it especially if you working less than 25 hours a week. May even send you back home if they running out of their budget even after you only worked like two hours

      1. Good relationship with coworkers 2. Understanding managers 3. Good discount with additional brand discounts occasionally 4. Free products to try out (gratis) 5. Metrics for credit and loyalty are realistic

      Cons

      1. Impossible to never have difficult customer interactions 2. Can get very busy making it very difficult to get tasks done 3. Coworkers may not fairly contribute creating uneven work distribution and strained employee relationships 4. Online discount taken away and done so without properly communicating it to employees
