competitive pay, benefits, free makeup skincare perfume, gratis, mostly working with women, yearly raise if your reviews are awesome.
Cons
Heavy workload, too much KPI to meet and theft is inevitable it will affect your wellbeing. Credit card is a priority that makes lead cashier turnover is high and especially if you are not good at opening cards. Payroll is not aligned to the workload that they're giving each store. Lots of drama due to many workers working at the same time esp. all women most of the time.
