Pros
Do enjoy a great discount on products. During certain promotions that happen 1-2 times a season we get 50%+ off lots of brands. Great co workers and environment among them.
Cons
Management severely overworks advisors and expects us to work 1-2 hours over what we were scheduled to without any warning. I've had management ask me to not take my required breaks during incredibly long shifts. Management also lashes out at employees, many have been yelled/screamed at for sitting down for 1-2 minutes in the back room while trying to figure out radios or other issues.
