Pros

Love my co-workers, love management, love the work I'm doing and being outside so much. The benefits are excellent (best insurance I've ever had) and if you stay long enough you eventually can retire out with a pension. Best sick leave / annual policy I've ever had. Easy to qualify for employment (high school diploma, clean driving record, clean background).

Cons

Peak season (Thanksgiving to Christmas) is a mad house. No climate control on the route (you're hot, you're cold, you're wet, etc). Physically demanding. Everyone starts out as a substitute carrier and is promoted into regular positions as they open based upon seniority. Some offices (low-growth, rural areas especially) it takes a long time to move up from a substitute to a regular carrier.
