Pros
The pay was great!!! In great physical condition once Christmas season was over.
Cons
First off, job description is in no way what happens once you are on the work floor. Br prepared to work hard. Extremely physically demanding job. Nothing can quite prepare you for it. Most of the supervisors rude and ignorant. There are a few supervisors that are great - unfortunately you will not often get a chance to work for them because everyone jumps at the chance to work with them. A good bit of the staff seem to have severe personality issues. Most are disgruntled because thy are forced to work for two months with barely trained seasonal workers who have absolutely no idea what is going on. You learn when you have made a mistake after you make it - usually because a supervisor will come over to yell at you about the mistake in front of co-workers, or you will be told by another staff member how the person you were working with talked about how badly you were doing to a captive audience. Have a 'thick skin' and a hard back if you work here.
