Pros

Benefits for now. Who knows how long that will last

Cons

insufficient training for all employees. upper management seems to repeat the same mistakes and never learn what works and does not work for its workforce. Making the same changes that have failed previous years. Getting contractual raises, only to see healthcare costs increase the same amount ..... who's contracting who?

Pros

The pay is good, the raises are good.

Cons

Eventhough I've been working for them for 9 years I am still waiting to get a career position. When you take the postal exam you can only put down three offices you want to work for, so if a position opens up at a different office you can't be considered. Also if someone off the street took the exam and got a better score they would get the job before I would even though I've been there for 9 years. My position has no benefits and no retirement.
