Pros
Work mostly unsupervised, decent pay ($15 for CCA's, regulars make almost double that), will get anywhere from 48 - 60+ hours each week in bigger offices,
Cons
CCA'S get no benefits until after a full year (or limited benefits with Obamacare), CCA's are worked like mules, mostly delivers ads (junk) all day, regulars are grumpy all day every day, extreme heat/cold, threatens job if you're not fast enough, works so much that you have no like after work, will screw you on your pay and not pay you what they owe you, Management is horrid, All they care about is your SPEED and how fast you can get your route done, CCA's are given their full route PLUS "pieces" of the regulars routes as well, rarely gets help when running behind, often put CCA's on a route they've never been on and calls them in the office next day because they took too long, absolutely will not work around school.
