Pros

Pay is Great, it's just you and the mail.

Cons

Rural Route, you have to keep your vehicle up to par. Mail delivery is horrible on a vehicle. If yours breaks, management may not understand and still expects you to be there. Have a back up!

Pros

Really great people and benefits. However, they are very protective of their status and do not like newcomers. Once you have proven yourself, they are golden.

Cons

Horrible upper management. The structure of the organization works against the success of the business. Congress needs to get out of the picture and let USPS do their job - delivering the mail!!!
