Pros

Great job, you can enjoy it but management does not want you to..... There are many positions that can please somebody, somewhere....

Cons

Management always interfering and makes irrational decisions. They ones that make the dumbest and most mistakes are always promoted! No wonder we are losing money!

Pros

Pay for non-skilled labor is OK.

Cons

As an RCA (Rural Carrier Associate) you are on call 24/6, you are under great pressure to complete unknown routes in "standard" time. You are not allowed to take off any (unpaid) leave. Management attitude toward employees is not positive.
