Pros

Similar to salary, can work as little as 4 hours in a day and make a full days wage. Great benefits. Union tries to help the little guy.

Cons

Company does not care about the little guy, implementing new things that are supposed to improve service but are just designed to cut people’s pay. The work is surprisingly challenging for most people.
