Pros

A lot of walking, driving, carrying heavy packages in all weather

Cons

Bodily pain, exhaustion, overworked, not enough people, only care about packages and "scannable" items

Pros

Consistent pay raises, no drug test, it takes an act of Congress to get fired

Cons

Long hours unpredictable schedule rude coworkers, no drug tests, incompetent management, it takes an act of Congress to get a co-worker fired. A carrier literally threatened me and they did nothing.

Pros

- Pay isn't bad. - One day every two weeks might not be terrible. - Insurance even as part-time

Cons

- You will be working to the bone if your office does not have a lot of RCAs. 12 hour shifts, 6 days a week. I had no life outside of work. I would wake up, go to work, get home, eat, shower, and go to bed to repeat it the next day. - They will violate your union contract constantly. You can file all the grievances you want, they will not do anything, since the union hates RCAs.
