Work life balance sucks and all the mail HAS to be delivered every day so if someone calls in you all the sudden are working 12 hours and they will do this to you every single day.

2021 - 2024 Progressive Restrictions placed on day to day operations by front line (Field) workers. Lack of Common Sense in execution in a variety of areas compared to Pre-2021 Processes (August / September 2021 was "National Organizational Realignment" for our department.
