*pay I guess *government but not government funded

Cons

*cheap, everything about the post service is cheap. they want to pay you per finished route not per hour. so you could complete and 6 hour route in 8 hours and still only paid the 6 hours. * the LLV is unsafe, the oldest vehicle in the postal fleet. no air bags, no AC, heat stroke warnings are stuck to the ceiling of the car. parts often go out on them including the parking hand brakes, meaning you could shift into park and the parking break doesnt work so it rolls over you or another thing. *management sucks and if accidents happen they will do everything in their power to blame and make the driver responsible for the deficiencies of the cheap equipment they have not upgraded since the 80s.
