Pros

Benefits are great. Insurance, retirement, all federal benefits.

Cons

Everything else. They do not care about employees, overwork you. Not family friend at all, if you have an event on a day you work too bad. You will work graduations, birthday parties, school events, weddings ect. If you can’t ask off a year in advance.

Cons

Management can be pushy for you to be faster and demand more. When starting out you do have little hours depending on the station you are at. It'll push your physical abilities, and the weather can make it difficult.

Pros

You work pretty much independent once you get your own route and you can meet deadline times. If you are a regular and come in under the evaluated time for your route, you get paid the evaluated time regardless of the amount of hours you work, but it is tough in the existing times we are in with so many people ordering online to get the route done in a reasonable period of time.

Cons

If you are a regular and go over your evaluated time you don't get paid those hours and it can be 1-3 hours extra a day you do not get paid for. There is no work/life balance. You work long hours sometimes 10-14 hour days, 6-7 days a week. Also, management is under a lot of pressure due to open routes, people having time off, sick etc and it is a very toxic environment. The staff is over worked and over burdened and there seems to be no end in site with the way it is being run at this time.
