Pros

Decent pay, annual cost of living raises, great health care, and outstanding job security are the biggest reason to work here.

Cons

Too much to list. Nepotism and patronage jobs are the rule, don't expect to get anywhere on your own. Almost nobody in authority has any thing higher than a High School education or any commercial/private industry experience so they have no idea how to properly run a business. Horrible facilities, IT and corporate culture. Management constantly fights with the unionized workforce and there is no attempt at cooperation or collaboration.

Pros

The only pro for this position is that the pay is decent. There's no benefits, other than annual leave for this position until you become permanent.

Cons

I work with some of the worse supervisors I've ever known. They talk to you any kind of way, yell & discipline you in front of everyone!! You're never given the courtesy of being called into an office to address your work progress, everything is disclosed/yelled out on the open work floor. The worse is when you're still under you 90-day probationary period, where you're constantly reminded that they can get rid of you, without a reason, at any time.

Pros

IF and I say IF there was to be any Pros I guess would would be the hours cause you will get plenty.

Cons

Now where to start!! Let's start with just today management atleast at my workplace is very shady to the point where I have to take picture of my schedule. Last night i tripled check my schedule to make sure I was off the following day and ended up taking a picture off it. Wake up the next morning to 7 missed calls from my supervisor saying that i was scheduled to work and sent me a picture of the schedule with it now saying that i wasn't off. Proceeded to respond with my picture in response. Next this whole CCA position is garbage. I went from being a TE carrier making $22 per hour until they decided to get rid of it and make all non career employees CCA's, Well they decided to slay the pay by $8 and pretty much make you their dog. Not only that but they just started Sunday delivery which is the CCa's sole responsbility as well as on holidays.
