Postal Madness

Pros

There is little pressure to perform. Benefits package is adequate especially time off.

Cons

Little job satisfaction. Union shop where 'start dates' trump job performance in all aspects of the job. Grossly mismanaged with a losing business plan in an incredibly top heavy organization rife with micro (or even nano) management.
