The reviews are not exaggerating , this job is hell
Pros
The pay is decent but you earn every red cent in sweat and tears. You get to keep your blood but only because giving that to them would prove to be a liability to them and they'd just fire you for it.
Cons
Literally everything else. I was verbally abused by the safety trainer so badly my anxiety shot through the roof and my self worth shot through the floor. Supervisors set you up for failure and sabotage you and there are a lot of ways they can sabotage you on performance. You don't get asked if you did something wrong, you get accused. They put you on the defensive then claim you are being "argumentative". Their idea of training is to bully, threaten and accuse and your only defense is the union IF you have a union steward and you can get to them first.
