Pros

work independently and no one bothers you once you leave the office work outside every day is different interactions with/serving your community

Cons

office atmosphere can be toxic high volume of packages needing delivered in vehicle with limited space poor management that rotates often have worked as many as 13 days in a row without a day off deliver amazon packages on Sunday's constant time pressure to complete route and getting sent back out to assist others

- Benefits once you're permanent - Can build a career - Get to work outside

Cons

- No benefits til permanent - It's hard to carry heavy mail and parcels every day - Working outside lol - People who can't make it as carriers are promoted to management
