Pros

Meet a lot of people. Some days are good some days are brutal mentally because of management.

Cons

Management is not organized at all. Decision making skills under pressure are the reason the office is going down. They are intimidated if you have a degree and leaning towards career advancement. They will literally hold you back.

Pros

It's a great job with little supervision, excellent benefits and PTO

Cons

On top of adding more responsibilities, they make the benefits cost more and more, while at the same time refuse to give any kind of pay raise. Accounting for inflation, carriers are paid less now than they were back when we last went on strike. This is the hardest working delivery service, yet not the highest paid. Additionally management, the people that don't touch the mail at all, will find any reason to fire you and manage extra work on you. Most locations across this country are short staffed and failing to deliver everything in one day or working current employees will beyond the 8 hour garuntee.
