The benefits are good

Pros

Good retirement benefits and the health insurance options are hard to beat.

Cons

The pay should be higher in management positions for all of the stress and responsibility you will take on. Work hours are not consistent and it can be hard to get time off. The culture has gone downhill. The senior managers are demeaning and rude. They are quick to threaten with how everyone is replaceable and not a good employee unless they are willing to put work 1st even when you’re not on the clock. If you have thick skin and not much of a personal life you’ll probably survive.
