Pros

Good benefits, decent union, kind customers, great opportunity for exercise and getting plenty of fresh air.

Cons

Way too many hours expected of carriers. You arent motivated to work faster or more efficiently because you'll just be sent out with more work when you're finished. There are some good managers but they move around so frequently that you never know who you'll end up with.

Pros

The money? But you will never have time to spend it.

Cons

This job will use you up and then spit you out, and STILL expect you to keep showing up. They have a high turn over rate for a reason. I worked 14 plus hour days, for up to 14 days straight. I had a mental breakdown because of this place, being pushed passed the point of exhaustion. Just don't do it.
