      Pros

      Lots of hours. More incentives the more you work. Good 401k(TSP). Options to transfer or other government jobs after a year.

      Cons

      Management. They're awful. It's a constant us vs. them mentality. They literally break the rules hoping that you don't know your rights. And if you catch them, then whatever, they'll just pay you. No decency whatsoever. Absolutely disgusting practices.
